When I produce more milk, my tongue goes brown WTF is this all about ??

I am expressing and bottle feeding it to DD 7 weeks. Initially, when I started expressing, my mouth tasted awful and I had a browny orange coating on my tongue. I went to GP who swabbed it but it came back clear. Then it went away.

My milk gradually came less and less, so this week I made a big effort to express loads and sure enough I am producing lots more milk. The tongue thing has come back at the same time. I mentioned it to GP at 8 week check and she said it was a post nasal drip causing it. I think that it is something to do with me breast feeding. The more milk I produce, the worse it gets.

What is it ????
Anyone else ???
