once youve removed them from the solution?

i have been sterilising the bottle, taking it out and assembling it and keeping in our bag and then filling them with ready made cartons when dd is due a feed (when on day outs)

is this ok?

Yes. As long as bottle is all assembled and top is on it's sterile for 24 hrs. This is what I was told

The solution is sterile for 24 hours, but it's the same as using a steam steriliser- once the bottles have hit air, they are no longer 100% sterile, but as long as the teat gets covered as quickly as possible they should be okay.
