How long to wear a nursing bra after stopping BF?

I stopped BF DS2 about 3 weeks ago. He was hardly taking any milk at the end, and I didn't get sore or engorged like I did after stopping with DS1. After the first day in a properly fitting underwired bra yesterday, I felt really tender this morning. Does that mean I should go back to the nursing bras for a bit longer or is it just one of those things? Confused. Any thoughts??

I stopped BFing DD when she was 13mo. Was about to go out to get some lovely pretty underwired bras when I fell pg with DD2. Cancelled shopping trip, got the soft nursing bras back out. [hangry]

I wouldn't have thought there would be a huge change in size if he wasn't having much towards the end. I wear normal bras most of the time now anyway.

Just be guided by how it feels. It's still possible to get blocked ducts or mastitis as it's not long since you finished, so take it steady, maybe only wear a normal bra for a few hours, whip it off when you get in. Smile
