I'm still BF are cramps in the lower back a sign that my periods might be returning?

That's it really, my lo is nearly 10 months old and I am still BF (at night too)and have been wandering when my cycle will get back to normal. Just been having dull lower back crampiness and was wandering if there might be a link?

Maybe, but it might happen on and off for months before you actually get a period or ovulate, sorry . Do take it as a sign of fertility starting to return though, and take appropriate precautions unless you are ttc.
