how do u know if ur baby has silent reflux?

my 9 wk old ds has been very grumbly the past few days, 2day is especialy bad. He kees crying only seeming a little settled when on my boob. Problem is he's pretty muh emptied me.

I keep hearing about reflux. Occasionally he brings some milk back up but not often. So how can u tell if its sileny refluyx?

He keeps doin little burps so i wondered if it could b he has trapped wind? He seems so unhaapy 2day its breaking my heart.

My son had silent reflux. He seemed almost terrified of feeding though, he would scream every time we tried, as if he knew it was going to hurt him. He never puked very much, but suffered with painful wind, knees pulled up, usual signs.

We fed him little and often and were prescribed Gaviscon, which helped a little.
