weaning 11 month old off the breast?

Where to start? He likes boob more than food and really still feeds quite often and also relies on it to get to sleep. We have recently got him sleeping in a cot in the evenings but he always ends up coming in with me and feegind during the night.
He does appear to be getting some more teeth so maybe needing the comfort but he has no ability to comfort himself or get to sleep without the breast.
I am very tired as I have a 3.5 yr old ds too so I really want to start weaning off the breast and get him the ability to self sooth and sleep independently.
I do think i've given him the best start but i haven't taught him how to sleep and i feel guilty about that.
Only bf ds1 for 5mths and he had a dummy and moved on to his thumb so i never had this problem with him.
Any advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks. :)

DS(4) BF till 18mo, DD (22mo) still going.

I worked on day feeds first by picking one to drop and using distraction ...offering juice/snacks...until all feeds were gone except morning, nap and bedtime. Probably took a couple of weeks being determined and consistant.

I changed nap/bed routines, BF was first then story and cuddles then bed.

Can't remember the name of the technique I used to teach them to self settle but it involved going in when they cried giving cuddles..no chat or eye contact.. then putting them down ...and repeat Smile it took a few weeks but they both go down really well now with just a kiss.

I got rid of nap time feed by offering a drink while having cuddles then followed new self settle routine.

Next was night feeds. I got rid of the middle of the night feeds around 13/14mo by wearing a t-shirt(not normal for me) only offering water and sticking to self settle routine.

DS - Bed time feed was next and finally he lost interest in morning feeds.

DD - Still having bed time and morning feed but now thinking of weaning soon as I want my boobs back.
