Silverettes for less than £35

Hi,

Does anyone know if there's anywhere I can buy silverettes for less than that? I've heard that they're completely fab, and as both my SILs gave up bf due to excruciating cracked nipples I'm keen to find a pair.

I tried looking on ebay for second hand, but cant find any. I guess everyone is holding onto them for their daughters :)

Thanks in advance if anyone knows a super source :)

Do you have cracked nipples now or are you buying them in preparation for them?

FingonTheValiant · 08/09/2010 11:01

In preparation. One of the threads on here suggested getting them if planning to bf.

I'd save yerself £35 tbh. Wait and see if you get cracked nipples first, then buy if you need. (i couldn't find them cheaper than that)

TBH you might not need them. If you do they would come pretty quickly.

Good point, I'm trying to be ultra organised, but on the internet I'd get them fairly fast. Will hold off and hope they're not needed.

Thanks for talking some sense into me, I'm in panic buying mode :o

Have a read on kellymom.com for ways to get the latch right and avoid getting cracked nips in the first place.

Good luck with it all.

Thanks badger, that website looks great, I'll have a good read through :)
