Hi

My DD is 10 weeks old and I have posted many a times on MN about all the problems we had...cracked, bleeding nipples, repeating bouts of mastitus then to top it off thrush that refused to budge. I really don't think I have cried so much in my life and found the whole experience very upsetting.

However here I am still BFing and it has slowly become better and nearly completely pain free (the odd bad latch when tiered brings back some pain!).

So I just wanted to say, thank you for all the support on MN, it was invaluable and kept me going. I also wanted to say to anyone having similar problems good luck and it will get better.

That's brilliant to hear :) Long may your pain-free (maybe even enjoyable?!) breastfeeding time continue!

Didn't see your other thread but impressed that you

A have the time to post an update with 2mo
B have persevered despite a catalogue of excruciating problems (thrush alone is an absolute bastard)
C were kind enough to encourage others

Well done!
