has anyone breastfed whilst on citalopram?

Hi i was just woundering if anyone has any exsperience?

I'm still BFing DS on citalopram and he's 12 months old now. Been on citalopram since at least 3 months before the birth (prior to that I was on other ADs). I've taken 20mg daily most of the time, but recently went to 40mg daily. DS was exclusively BF till 6 months and still has 2 feeds a day (sometimes more at weekends).

I haven't found it to be a problem. From the reading I did, I think the benefits to him outweigh any theoretical negatives. I found the Breastfeeding Network's factsheets to be helpful.
