I will be going back to work just after my baby hits the 9 month mark. how can I wean off breast feeding kindly? do I just swap a bottle for each feed and thats it? has anyone done this? do you just let your breast become hard and do this just go away? advice much appreciated....

You don't need to wean to go back to work (if you don't want to) :) your boobs - and baby - will quickly adjust to not feeding in the day while you're gone.

If baby is eating solids well, this + water will normally be sufficient. Otherwise you may choose to provide a couple of bottles of expressed breast milk or formula.
