dd is on metronidazole which she has to take for a severe nappy rash-swab showed positive to bacterial infection and sesitive to metronidazole.
Im concerned shell get thrush now and someone on here has advised me to stop giving it to her for this reason-i cant do this because her rash will not heal without this specific antibiotic so am open to suggestions re ? me taking probiotics ?? Should i give her some ?
