Change in feeding habits...how clever are my boobs!?

My nearly 8month old has recently reduced the amount she is feeding during the day. She has been EBF, having refused a bottle. Over the past couple of weeks she has got really fussy over her daytime feeds, taking small amounts if any. First I put this down to teething but it was stressing her and me out so decided to take the opportunity to start weaning her. She has taken to her doidy cup quite well.

I am now feeding her when she first wakes and before she goes to bed. She usually wakes once in the night for a feed. During the day I am offering her follow-on milk from her doidy, but she's only taking a couple of ounces at a time. She has 3 meals a day with water.

Does this sound normal for her age?

I haven't been engorged at all, so guess she has slowly been reducing her feeds?

BUT, when I went to feed her tonight I was worried I wouldn't have enough milk! boobs felt empty (obviously they aren't!!). Have they just adapted to her new feeding regime?

Sorry - so many questions!!!
