BFing - what can you take for head cold/sore throat/congestion?

have been taking paracetamol, normally would knock back some sudafed and be done with it, but says not to take if bf. need some decongestnat - i did take lemsip when pregnant, can i take that now? steaming, vicks etc not helping much...

I have had a couple of lemsips after the last feed of the night to help me sleep. Just muddled through the day with paracetemol/ibruprofen for the sore throat/aches and pains etc.
