Happy New Year - and sorry about the wait. It was the snow's fault...

February's Book of the Month selection is ready and waiting for your vote. This being such a grim, miserable time of year, we felt we needed a pick-me-up. These three writers are just that.

Poll is now open and will close at midnight on Monday 1 February

We'll get together to discuss the winner on Tuesday 23 February, 8-9.30 pm (fingers crossed, the winning author will also be there to answer your questions)

I'd like to read all of these too. I already own one which is coming up for discussion on the TV Bookclub, but have voted for the one of the other two that I most want a good excuse to buy.

sfxmum, I'm afraid that Lynn Barber is officially the winner of our February Book of the Month poll. Will you still come and join in? I think the book does explain quite a bit about her character.
