I've just read the latest ghost trapper book. Does anyone have any recommendations for ghost books with scary ghosts?

I like a creepy tale.
Ghosts of sleath and moon by James Herbert are ace.
The corset and silent companions by Laura Purcell are both gothic horror type books.

Dark Matter by Michelle Paver

It’s very atmospheric. The audio narration is excellent too (just to scare you a little more)
