Sherborne School Teachers on Strike

Anyone know why teachers at Sherborne School are on strike? Apparently, they are going to do it repeatedly over the next six months.

I think it's related to expectations of and payment for extracurricular contributions- presumably connected to plans for keeping fees down. Don't know more than that, but I can't imagine Sherborne will be alone in this.
