We are looking for an art boarding school, until now, we still haven't found an effective way to find him, most of them are advertising. Our son specialises in pure fine art and photography, he is also interested in psychology. His current teacher recognised his work, but could not help him.(We are not in UK)We don't have much requirements for location, but We hope to have a teaching style without too many rules. We hope to find a really good art school.
I hope you can give us some help and suggestions.

Thank you very much

Bedales? Or Stowe has a great art department?

The oratory school, in woodcote near Reading has a fantastic art department and does photography a level. It is one of the top schools in the country. For art a level - last year they got all A-A* results in a level. www.oratory.co.uk/pupil-life/departments-and-subjects/art. I have 2 kids at the Oratory and I cant recommend it highly enough. It's boarding and day with a good balance between both.

King’s in Ely, Cambridgeshire is worth considering.
Also D’Overbroecks in Oxford is fabulous. About 50% international students, new art facilities and a full range of A levels including psychology. Very relaxed and informal.
