Feeling insecure after moving to a less diverse area

Struggling with feelings of insecurity in new community and I feel like there’s this expectation for me to not be so sensitive?
We moved a couple years ago from somewhere I really felt happy (due to work) and supported and confident. Where we live now it’s ok, but it’s not as diverse a community and being part of a mixed marriage I feel uneasy and threatened which is probably a me issue plus perimenopausal.

Is this likely to just be an adjustment my mind needs to make or am I really seeing issues that are due to colour I feel as if I’m losing a sense of what is really happening.

One thing I will do is see the gp for HRT but then I even have worries I’ll be gaslit about that ?

I've always lived in a ethically diverse area. I have recent moved 200 miles away. I am in an area that is not diverse. The village I live in has about 10.non white people. I must admit, it not something that bothers me. If i am an oddity, so be it, if people are curious sbout me, i simply don't care. I am menopausal. The menopause can really have unusual effects on us.
