Anyone got any links to shops that ship to the UK, products for clearing up eczema for baby’s? Ideally natural ingredients and black owned businesses would be great. TIA 😊

Hi sorry to hear you have a little one suffering with this.

Before purchasing anything have you tried home/ gentle remedies such as aloe Vera gel or coconut oil?

I found that oats tied in a sock and run into the bath water soothed my dc. Also scratch mits/ socks on hands to stop the scratch/ itch cycle.

@Orchidflower1 hiya, thanks for replying. I haven’t tried aloe Vera yet but will do, have tried coconut oil and Shea butter too. Also been prescribed something from the doctors but that dries him out too poor guy. Will try the oats in the bath too thanks! He’s almost 8 months and so active I doubt the scratch mits would last 🙄

What soap do you use on the body?

Sometimes when the eczema is really bad, you can you aquius cream for bathing. I might have to Google to make sure I have the right name. All soaps might be a no no.

When my dd had chicken pox at around 7 months. I put her a pair of her brothers socks on so they came up to her arm pits! That may work!

I don't know about the excema but I recently found the brand Alaffia which is all natural ingredients and black owned, also supports communities, mostly women I believe in Africa. I have a few of their hair products and I use their kids soap for my 18m old. I get it on iHerb, I think you can get a 25% discount on your first order with code WELCOME25 (dont quote me on this though Grin)

Try Child's Farm products which you can get in supermarkets and on Amazon. Brilliant for eczema and suitable from birth. Sorted my eczema quickly
