Food at Christmas

Last year I tried to make Black Cake but my oven failed me and it wasn't very good, so I've got a new oven now and I'm going to attempt it again this year. I need to learn how to make Sorrel properly too!!. What West Indian food spells Christmas for you? and can you make it ?

This is a very good idea! @maggiethecat

Chopping them up is such an amazing idea, I'm so used to the eaten as whole/halves. DH loves asian-inspired foods, so this will help ensure they get eaten even after Christmas! Thank you again!💃
