For Those of you awaiting Materntiy Allowance

Finally got through on 08456 088 769.
There is a backlog of 4 weeks from date of application and once a decision has been made 1st payment will be received 5 working days thereafter.

Mine took 3 months got it last Friday

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!! so scared this is going to go horribly wrong! dad you get payment from when you stared leave or from after your due date?
