@thelma57 It went really good thank you! Proper wriggler and kept crossing it's legs when the sonographer was trying to see the gender 😂 but we got there in the end and found out that it's a little girl ♥️

Hi all! Not sure if i'm in the right thread. Should it be this one or the other one?

Anyone else worrying over wright gain / too much or lack of it? I've gained so much in first trimester i'm truly terrified of how to control it. 1stone up in first trimester and now 16lbs up overall at 16 weeks 😬😬 I find i keep eating too much when i'm tired despite me trying to be conscious of it!

Just realised the old thread was no longer active 🙈 wondered why everything was so quiet.

How is everyone?
18 weeks now and getting a proper lil bump. Cannot wait for next scan, it's next Thursday. Torn between finding out gender, I've already got a boy and girl.. should I wait and leave this one a lil surprise? What's everyone's thoughts!!

I feel the same! I've not weighed myself (too scared 🙈) but I do feel I am eating a lot of crap, I would say my appetite still isn't great and sticking to beige foods a lot of the time.
Is this first pregnancy? I didn't gain very much in my first and not a lot in second so hoping it slows off a bit.

18 weeks today for me! @Laura. we’re waiting until our 20 week scan - when I’ll actually be 21 weeks and I think we’ll find out, but this is our first so it’ll make it all the more real!

@Chickadee30 I’ve not weighed myself at all since being pregnant, my eating habits haven’t changed that much (still crap hah) so I’m just letting my body do it’s thing - don’t need the extra stress!

@thelma57 I'm exactly 18 today too! Yea it definitely makes it feel more real and let's you get a bit more prepared. Is that your anomaly scan? I will only be 19 at mine so hopefully they can see everything they need to. After that, I don't see midwife until 28weeks... seems so long!

It is! Aww we’re the same, 13th July due date? My next midwife appointment is at 25 weeks then I think I see them every 3 weeks after that 🙏💕

It's my third! I didn't gain much with my first 2 but am much older this time and having a girl after 2 boys. No idea if that's why but i haven't been able to lay off the sugar and carbs... I've been awful 🙈🙈🙈

Sounds like you are doing the sensible thing! I just need to learn to stay away from the chocolate and toast 😂😂😂😂

I went early with my previous two, 37 weeks and 37+5 so will I make it to July this time?!!

I was 12 days late last time, I was due July last time too but went over into August. X

Morning all, I was just wondering if anyone was struggling with a bit of anxiety atm? I think having symptoms settle (although tiredness and indigestion are horrid!) and it still being too early to feel proper movements have me really worried and I hate that! Anyone feel similar? 🥹

@thelma57 Yup! Constantly worrying myself. Just had a consultant appointment this morning though and they listened to the heartbeat so that's reassured me again for now

Glad I’m not alone, it comes and goes! Just over 2 weeks until our next scan and I can’t wait 🙏

Hi all, I’m 16+ 4 today and had a private gender reveal scan a few days ago. I’m a bit confused with the scan pic. They say it’s a boy which I can understand as I see ‘sticky out bits’ 😂, however, I also see the 3 white lines when it’s a girl, the ‘hamburger’ shape. I have both boys and a girl already but never been undecided with my scans. Do you think it’s the correct prediction of a boy? X

Anyone else getting bad headaches? I’ve had one for 3 days now :/

How’s everyone getting on?

We found out today we’re having a girl 💕 and all was fine at our 20 week scan - which has made me feel a billion times better after a few stressful and very anxious weeks!

Yay welcome to the girl club 😁 Doing okay here! Had a private scan a few days ago and all looked well ☺️ 20 week scan is two weeks today so I'm just anxiously awaiting that.

Got an echocardiogram on Monday due to some heart issues so slightly anxious for results of that but trying not to worry and stay calm.
