Anyone want to join me in being 40+ and pregnant?

I’m nearly 42 and just found out I’m pregnant with number 4. We were being v careful so it’s a shock.

I had all my others before I was 35 so I was low risk. Now I’m older and have sciatica before I even start with pregnancy pains so I’m pretty worried about pregnancy.

I wondered if there are other older pregnant ladies about who might like to support each other through this.

Is there really nobody else ancient and knocked up???

Hey, I'm 39 and just had a positive test. I'm 12days po. I'm 40 in August so I think I qualify for this thread. Currently just hoping that I don't have a mc. Am taking it one day at a time.

I'm in!
I am a fossil & recently found out I'm pregnant.
I don't have high hopes though as my EPU scan showed the amniotic sac was large and not round/oval looked like a round edged triangle.
I've been blessed with children already but had more miscarriages.
I have CFS & 2 types of thyroid antibodies, & a bulky left ovary with 2 large cysts.
So that's me!

Hi all there is another thread on mature pregnant ladies but I dont think it's on birth clubs. Theres quite a few on there. I will try and find it and link but try searching mature and pregnant and it should show up.

42 here , 29 weeks gone with number 3.

I’m 41 and just found out I’m pregnant, but different circumstances as I was trying after 4 MC so I’m nervous and just feel time is dragging on!

I'm ancient and pregnant too! turned 43 yesterday and I'm pregnant with my third. I had an early scan done yesterday for reassurance which showed everything seems fine I'm actually a week further on than I had thought (I'm 11 weeks not 10). I'm a lot more worried this time round and finding I'm much more tired, but it's so exciting!

Welcome! We're the same age, TraceyAnne! Congratulations! I'm off for my 12 weeks scan in a few minutes. I feel very nervous this time. I didn't felt anxious before my other ones, but I guess the age thing builds the worry.

Due with my 3rd baby on 5th October. Had my first child at 20, second at 30... seems my fate is a baby every ten years!

Hi. I'm 6 weeks pregnant with no3. I have 2 girls, 11 & 8 so have built in babysitters already.
I'm quite scared this time round, as my age & weight are against me. But hoping all to be OK.

Hi ladies, just found this thread. I’m 44 and 30 weeks pregnant with my first! Didn’t meet my Mr Right until I was 39 and finally got a positive test on my 44th birthday in Feb! Was so worried at first but everything’s going well. Hope everyone is doing ok X
