Nightmare knicker checker! Due 20th August...ish

Hi guys! Someone please come and keep me company! Got my bfp on Sunday after a MMC in June and a CP in Sept, I think I'm roughly 4 weeks but suspect could be slightly further as my cycles are off and I feel reeeally pregnant this time. Now I'm in utter panic mode that I'm going to start spotting/bleeding so off to the loo every 5 mins as I've had cramps for appx 10 days now. Anyone else crazy like me?!

I spent the first few weeks checking my knickers a lot. I had spotting and a drop of blood when my period was due. And a month in very minor spotting (only one wipe). I would say I checked a lot until around 10 weeks when I had my second scan and harmony test and no more spotting. Now baby is 3 weeks old! Good luck with things!

@BabyB19 I'm 13 weeks now, got my next midwife appt next week! I'm at the point now where I'm definitely aware that there is something down there... not that I can feel it move but I'm just aware of it if that makes sense. That's great to hear that the lines are still strong, have you got any appts booked?

How are you feeling now @Autumn20? I've had a vomiting bug this week so I've been drinking loads to make sure the little thing gets enough water but I can't eat anything!!

How exciting @siaa I can't wait to be able to feel stuff ❤️ I have my booking in app on Monday and then a scan on the 16th so really early as my dates a bit iffy so I'm just glad to be seen and hopefully get some reassurance early on xx

Had my scan today, 8+2 and all as it should be. We are over the moon and feeling so so relieved ❤️❤️❤️

@BabyB19 that's amazing news well done!! I bet you cried with relief, it feels like ages waiting for that first scan doesn't it. How are you feeling now? What does that make your due date? x

I really did @siaa it's been forever and the relief was unreal! EDD 25/08 but have another scan 13/02 to confirm dates ❤️🥰 how are you doing?

@BabyB19 aw that's great and not long to wait until your next scan now! I'm okay thanks, not been very well as I keep getting kidney infections but we have a 16 week scan on Monday so just waiting for that now. I still get really nervous especially in the run up to a scan so I'm a bit anxious at the mo x

It is a horrible feeling waiting for a scan isn't it @siaa is the 16 week a private or nhs scan? I hope the water infections clear up for you lovely! X

@BabyB19 it's an NHS one. Yeah it's horrible I just start thinking the worst again!! Are you having any sickness or anything like that? x

So do you have 12,16 and 20 through the hospital? My heads gone blank today I'm feeling overwhelmed? 😭🤣 @siaa I've been feeling 'off' the last few days tbh but not sure how much is pregnancy stuff and how much is anxiety waiting for the scan! I'm bloody spotty though and my right nipple is sore as anything 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🤣 x

@BabyB19 I had 5, 8, 10, 12, and will have 16 and 20 weeks through the hosp. I have so many appts for so many things, it's because I've lost 3 before they definitely keep a closer eye on you! They have said they might induce me on my due date as well.

Yeah I don't think I've felt quite myself throughout the whole thing to be honest!! But all good signs 😄 every time I go to complain I just have to remind myself how lucky I am to be having these symptoms!!

@BabyB19 normally though you'd only have 12 and 20, then a growth scan later on if needed x

How are you both doing? How did your 16 week scan go @siaa?
I'm 10 weeks now and had my booking in appointment this week. Nice to be in the system again but not had my 12 week scan date through yet!

Hi @Autumn20 how are you? Ah 10 weeks, not long until you're out of the first trimester now! It went well thanks, I'll be 18 weeks on Monday! My stomach has well and truly popped now x

Morning @siaa @Autumn20 I'm 10+3 now and got my next scan 13/02, so excited for it! Have you not had a scan yet @Autumn20 I couldn't have held out this long, it's been hard enough waiting the 4 weeks in between 🤣 how cute @siaa I can't wait to have a proper bump instead of looking like I'm guzzling bread like it's going out of fashion, which funnily enough, I am! 😭🤣 x

Ah 18 weeks @siaa almost halfway!

I'm good, I've had an early scan yes, couldn't resist! Measuring perfectly and got my 12 week scan week after next. I'm with you on the proper bump @BabyB19! Will be nice to be able to be open about it all as well rather than being careful who you say what to! Have you felt any movement yet @siaa?

@Autumn20 @BabyB19 hi girls, yes feeling like weird internal feelings rather than proper kicks yet, but it's good because it provides reassurance! Apparently between 18 and 19 weeks it grows 10cm and my god isn't it showing 😂 I am fully in maternity wear now! Apparently my placenta is at the front and very thick as well which isn't helping!

I found out this week they're going to induce me at 39 weeks so that's nice as I have a date when I know I'll be going into hosp to have it!

Hi @siaa aww how lovely I'm glad everything is going well. Tbf I'm struggling to hide it myself already in 12 weeks Tuesday, I have my dating scan on Thursday so I'm a nervous wreck for that, can not wait for it to come around. OH was getting all excited in Matalan today looking at all the baby things it was so hard not to buy anything but I don't want to tempt fate. I'm excited to do a Valentines announcement on Friday ❤️🥰 how have you been feeling now?

Good to hear you're both doing okay! Headaches don't sound good @BabyB19! Maybe aspirin if paracetamol isn't touching it? NHS website says okay until 30 weeks.

Ah nice to have an idea when you'll be induced @siaa! I was induced last time but due to potential issues with baby so hoping I'll be able to go into labour this time myself.

I'm doing good. 12 weeks on Wednesday and got my scan that day too. Bit nervous although we saw everything was okay a week or so ago. Symptoms seem to have let up a bit the last few days and feeling a bit more like myself. Sure it won't last long haha

Aw that'll be nice @BabyB19 how are you going to announce it? Feeling good thanks, I can feel little whizzy feelings a few times a day now which is nice. They're inducing me because of the previous miscarriages, they said just get it out earlier to be safe. Also I think slightly for the sake of my sanity, I'm so nervous so any time they can shave off the wait is fine with me!!
