i only like Rhys spelt like this

but you might feel different when lo is born

TenaLady · 10/07/2007 12:09

Reece for me

Blake too different
Mitchell (rough kids name)

Jodyray · 30/07/2007 15:01

My nephew is called Reiss and i am having a boy that i will call Blake so both are nice. just thought i would give you an alternate spelling of Reiss!

NAB3 · 30/07/2007 15:08

Blake, definitely out of the 3.

Upsadaisy · 30/07/2007 15:08

Blake

laughalot · 30/07/2007 15:33

blake because its different

HonoriaGlossop · 30/07/2007 15:34

I'm afraid they all sound like the rough, naughty boy names to me.

I wouldn't like any of them.

Rhys spelled like that would be ok but I'm not keen on it.

Sorry for all offence caused to everyone I have just offended

Rodeo · 30/07/2007 15:39

Reece DS's best friend's name. Cheeky but v.cute!

LunarSea · 30/07/2007 16:34

Rhys, spent the Welsh way.

jo25 · 30/07/2007 16:40

Another vote for blake.

kittylouise · 30/07/2007 16:43

Mitchell just makes me thimnk of Phil and Grant, I'm afraid (woss going' on??!!)

Blake also makes me think of Dynasty (can't believe you've not heard of it, I'm ony 29 and used to watch it as a kid, was hysterical).

I quite like Reece, but spelt Rhys is better.

But as another poster has said, I think they will all date quite quickly.

Peachy · 30/07/2007 16:54

DS's anmeStirling is my favourite I think (also like the other 2, Samuel and harry / harold)

Like all 3of yours and lake has significance where I grew up (Admiral blake) but think mitchell is the best

Coriander73 · 31/07/2007 10:54

Reece! No to Blake (7 & Carrington!) & Mitchell (think..leave it Mum..or Ian I wanna a word with you....)

LizzieO · 31/07/2007 12:27

see the trouble is that when you start asking other peoples opinions it just complicates thing even further, go with your instinct and decide when he's born and you can see if the name will suit

having said that......when you think Mitchell it does just bring Phil and Grants big red meat heads into mind and blake is a bit American soap opera. Rhys however is cool

we had no end of trouble choosing our DS name, (really fussy DH ) so if we are having another boy which is extremely likely we are going to be stuffed

gogetter · 31/07/2007 12:37

Reece/Rhys - I've known 2 rhys in my time and they have both been ubercool.

kiansmum · 31/07/2007 22:51

Hi, i really love the name Rhys(spelt like this!)
I am currently pg with dc4 and if it was a boy this is what we would have called him, however, a scan has revealed she is a little girl so she will be Chelsea Alana instead.
All 3 of your names are lovely tho and good luck with your little man.

PS I've just noticed the date you posted this thread. Have you had him yet and what have you called him? xx
