Pregnancy: 6.15-7.15pm and Post Natal 11.15 to 12.15am.

The aim:
to strengthen the body in preparation for labour
- to manage uncomfortable pain (pelvis or lower backache)
- to empower the mother to be
- to feel part of the community of mums to be or new mums: share your experience and support each other
- to aid recovery once baby is born
- to heal & nurture your body
- to create a safe and fun environment to bond with baby
