Do join me. About 5 weeks with #2, doctor's appointment not till Tuesday, feeling that anticlimactic feeling after the BFP where you realise that nothing now happens for a LONG time. Antenatal thread for May 2015 looks enormously full (my edd 27th May) but I'd like someone to chat too!

Hi there, yes my scan is 15th, so that should be 7 + 5, but they may put me back a bit too!! Do you know what we will actually be able to see Tori?

Swifey · 24/09/2014 10:30

Cycling into school, wow!! I am at home with ds who has a high temp and just wants cuddles!!

LouMum14 · 24/09/2014 11:52

5 weeks w/ EDD of 25th May! I have a 7 year old daughter who I know will be thrilled and cannot wait to get the thumbs up to tell her she will be a big sister! Horribly nauseous so it's going to be a tough 8 weeks til the scan. It is going to take aaages! Ugh!

Sounds more hardcore than it actually is - 10 mins max on the flat!! But I'm going to try to keep with it for as long as I can as it is my only exercise, well, apart from tearing round the park after a hyperactive toddler on a balance bike etc.

4+5weeks here Grin! Itching to tell people and trying to keep it from DS8 and DD5 is proving to be very tough. They will both be so excited to have a baby brother or sister.

Had nausea and dry heaving for the past 3 days and its horrible....would prefer to vomit, atleast it would give me some relief for a while.

Hoping the SPD stays away with this one though. Had it with both pregnancies so not holding out much hope of escaping it this time.

Know the feeling!! Only thing that helped speed it up a little is having something to look forward to every 2-3 weeks. So i booked in a private scan for week 7, midwife's appt week 9, NHS scan 12 weeks, private scan and midwife appt week 16, NHS scan week 20 etc.

Currently on week 9 and just want the baby to be here already :)

zippygeorgebungle · 24/09/2014 21:21

Hello. EDD 31 May here. Though in reality I only OV'd 14 days ago - bfp on Sat! Very, very early days.

LouMum14 · 24/09/2014 22:32

I told my two close friends tonight! Feel mucho relief at getting it out to them! Keeping it quiet from the family and everyone else til scan and all that. It's my 32nd bday tomorrow and my other very best friend just went into labour tonight! On her due date as well, who does that?! She lives in America so I'm frantic and hanging around on skype! Exciting times! I might be sharing my bday with her baba! Grin

Hello hello,

Congrats all! Please may I join too? I have just finished another round of ivf (ds1 also ivf) and lightening struck twice so am very happily pg again. About 4.5 ish weeks and dd around 29 May.
Having lots more twangs and twinges this time round which I hope is down to previous pregnancy and nothing more sinister. Feel more anxious somehow this time too as it's much longed for. Ds has just turned 2 last month.

Welcome, welcome! I am going to set up a new thread in antenatal called Maybe May, Maybe June 2015 if you all want to come over?

Any joy yet, Tori?

MrsMigginslovespies · 25/09/2014 20:14

Lovely, yes please. I joined a similar group for ds in Aug 2012 and we are still all good online buddies on facebook now. Dh thinks we are mad but it's been such great support, esp having los the same age

I have an early scan around 7/8 weeks (so w/c Oct 20) and am already desperate for the letter. Someone asked what they would see (sorry can't find post) but at that point, tiny flashing heartbeat, beginnings of limb buds and in my case, how many (I had two embryos put back like last time).

Daisy17 · 25/09/2014 20:36

Excellent, MrsMiggins, we've started over there already so do come along. I too am still in touch on mn and Facebook with my last ante turned post natal group, and it was sooooo useful. And nice!!

I'm so ill :( not being sick just contant nausea, dizziness, tiredness, and feeling like death. It's my bday today, and everyone I do not want to tell yet wants to invite me out for food/drinks! Arrrgh! I just want to lay low and not deal with anything! Lovely birthday meal of dry crackers and a small glass of lucozade! Grin Husband has been off work this week and has been fantastic, completely picking up the slack with our daughter and rushing to the shops if I need anything. Don't want him to leave me on Monday! Shock

Daisy17 · 25/09/2014 21:27

Half sympathetic and half jealous, Loumum, I keep stupidly wanting to feel that bad for reassurance!! Poor you, anyway, and yay for fab DHs. Do come on over to Maybe May.....

OP posts:
LouMum14 · 25/09/2014 21:29

will do!

ameliarose2012 · 28/09/2014 09:21

Where has everyone gone??? I know what you mean Daisy it's a bit disconcerting to feel absolutely fine isn't it? I have a bad back, but that's it. A (tiny) bit of nausea would be welcome here, if only to make myself feel more pregnant! The pregnancy app I downloaded said for this week 'don't worry, the sickness should come to an end soon' and I thought 'It's not even bloody come yet!' Is anyone telling people yet? xxx

Daisy17 · 28/09/2014 09:42

Hi Amelia, we have all moved over to our new permanent home, the thread entitled Maybe May Maybe June 2015. Do join us! Weird app, sickness generally tends to be 6-12 weeks. X.
