got a lovely squirmy baby today :) it's been quiet for a few days so it's nice to feel it again.
16 weeks tomorrow, can hardly believe it MW on Weds too, wonder if they'll try to listen in? I know a lot of mw won't at this stage as it's still hit and miss even for them as professionals to find it.

MW appointment today, forgot to pick up a sample jar at the end of last appointment so having to go toilet whilst holding DS will be a fun experience. My plan is to distract him with a Freddo bar bad mum

Got a smile on my face today as I felt the baby from the outside with my hand on my tummy last night, so excited as it means that once it gets bigger and more active OH should be able to feel it too it's his bday tomorrow, would be a lovely gift if it could happen then [hint hint baby!!]

I was a bit naughty and bought some more stuff today in TKMaxx, a lovely unisex white and mint vest, hat, bib, babygro set with VW campervans on in pastel colours (we love vdubs!) and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, white with yellow and mint stars and a teddy bear emboirdered on, for only £7, so got a summer and a winter weight one now. being in Scotland never quite sure what will need in august!

Have discovered Twinings Gingersnap peach tea in Costa, lovely! Hope I can find it in the supermarket or this will cost me a fortune...

Foof, if you are buying sleeping bags apparently you need to make sure they have pops under the arms if you intend to use them from newborn, so baby doesn't slip inside. We started using ours regularly from about 3mos :) DS is still in sleeping bags at 22mos but will be moving to a bed this spring.

We haven't bought anything but need very little.

Anyone that hasnt crossed over to facebook group please pm me and i'll add you as quick as i can. I disappeared to town but back indoors now and can do some more adding :) xx

think these ones said only 8lb or above? I know that if their head slips inside then you can't use them, not sure what you mean about pops?

They should have poppers to make the arm holes smaller, if it says okay from 8lb then they should have them on, I always feel a bit funny about buying tea from a coffee shop, like its a bit of a rip off for just a tea bag and water

I love tkmaxx for baby stuff foof, got a winnie pooh hooded towel and giant muslins at the weekend. Also got guilted into a 1001 animal sticker book .
Have spent much of the last week in Sussex/Kent and bizarrely it's much warmer back on Merseyside!
