congratulations MM love the name, MY DD's middle name is Rose too and I am looking at Nova if I have a girl, a bit like luna!

we will miss you on this thread.

right I'm off to hibernate, I need to keep my head down and stop focussing on being over due. It's not helping the oxytocin flow! I had reflexology today so off to relax and let that work.
I had some waves of period type pain throughout the night and morning, got up for a while and bounced on my ball watching the snow and they ramped up a bit but stopped when I moved on to my right side.

midwife again tomorrow and another sweep. reflexologist said have as much sex as possible! I'm not sure any is possible!

Brockle · 03/12/2012 13:16

Yay! Congratulations. Fantastic name!

Clarella · 03/12/2012 13:44

We're sweep buddies mrswee - hope it's a good un!

Darn my sister just qualified as a reflexologist - but she lives 200 miles away.

At least I don't need to worry about movement; baby going quite barmy!

How many are left still upduffed on this thread?

TooManyDicksOnTheDancefloor · 03/12/2012 14:04

I'm still upduffed and I've got a sweep tomorrow too. I think there's four of us left.

TooManyDicksOnTheDancefloor · 03/12/2012 14:06

We haven't heard from mummytobe today though.

Clarella · 03/12/2012 14:23

ShellyBobbs · 03/12/2012 14:27

Congratulations MM, all the pain is worth it Xmas Grin

Chunkychicken · 03/12/2012 14:36

Congrats MM lovely news.

Bryzoan · 03/12/2012 17:31

Brilliant mm! Well done! Beautiful name. Hope you are very pleased with yourself even if you are broken. I'm still feeling a little broken now, one week on - but getting better... Hope you heal well and all goes well for you in the coming days.

Really good luck to the rest of the hardcore remaining!

Clarella · 03/12/2012 21:10

Stupid beginners question: if I am getting what seems to be regular braxton hicks but not painful I don't bother counting them do I? They're just bhs ... ??

jenbird · 03/12/2012 21:17

Congratulations MM.

mrswee · 03/12/2012 21:31

clarella you know it's weird I can't even remember what you are supposed to do and feel. I was getting waves of dull periods pains earlier and didn't know if I should be counting them!
How close are they together?

Well so much for relaxing, DD just did her first night of I'm not staying in my bed. She ended up wanting to sleep in her cot after an hour and half of getting put back to bed... Then cried for her daddy for 40 mins while I listened to my hypno birthing cd very loudly and didn't really relax. I texted DH 3 times to try and get him to go calm her down and she's fallen asleep now but he still hasn't got my messages cause he's busy making beer FFS!!! He knows how important it is got me to be able to relax .... But is a shit stress barrier as it turns out!!!

mummytobe1990 · 03/12/2012 22:06

ergh i feel like crap Sad keep getting reli hot and dizzy and gettin real sharp stabby pains bottom of my bump...cant wait for this pregnancy to be over if im honest Sad

TooManyDicksOnTheDancefloor · 03/12/2012 22:14

Are you all going into labour? I had that last night clarella, I didn't bother timing as they weren't painful. I just went to bed and figured that if they woke me up it must be labour.

mrswee · 03/12/2012 22:34

No signs of labour here tonight, not after my I relaxing evening!

mummytobe1990 · 03/12/2012 22:37

nothing as of yet :( just feel full of flu

Clarella · 03/12/2012 23:15

Must be what you describe toomany, they were about ten mins or less apart but I'm so sick of random taunts from body unless it actually I-can't-talk-hurts I'm ignoring them.

Tmi - I also sneezed earlier and had a 'gush' while attempting to sit on sofa, however then 90% worked out it was wee or a load of discharge Xmas Blush

Hope you feel better in the morn mummy -must admit felt like fighting flu off all weekend over analysis of signs continues...

Clarella · 03/12/2012 23:17

Your poor dd Mrs wee, and you .... hope he's pulled himself together now

Iheartpasties · 03/12/2012 23:21

mummytobe oh no, flu isn't good, I hope that perhaps it's just a sign from your body that the baby will arrive soon
