My friend had her baby so my yoga teaqcher called me last night and said if you want to fill her place you're welcome.
Might be too short notice for you tonight, but how about every other Thursday.
6.30 - 8.30, Watford Baptist church opp car park entrance to Harlequin centre.
I can pick you up on my way through if it would help?

hunkermunker · 17/11/2005 11:46

Oh, hello! Thank you!

Can't do tonight as have to go and pick DS up after work.

Can you ask tonight whether the yoga will help or hinder SPD? Am really feeling it atm

hunkermunker · 17/11/2005 11:46

And Happy Birthday, marmite-features

Twiglett · 17/11/2005 11:49

oh arse

at least I'm not a humkermuker .. (sounds quite snotty, that does)

ThomCat · 17/11/2005 11:59

Twigglett - is it your birthday - oh mate, HB to you.

Hunker - it will definatley help, without double.
2 of the girls there have it so, so badly. Just tall Karen and she'll look after you.
She's fab and the classes are great.

I said I'd let her know if you wanted to go when I saw her tonight so let me know how you feel about it. Sorry but there is a waotng list hon' so she'll have to give the place to someone else if you're unsure.

Sorry abut the SPD mate.

Oh, of course - sorry, don't want to hog a place!

How much is it? That'll be the clincher, I suspect!

Twiglett · 17/11/2005 12:07

TC .. no its not

some people think its funny to keep wishing me a happy birthday though ... some people have no sense of humour

do not get pulled in to their silly pranks

hunkermunker · 17/11/2005 12:08

Not today either, Twiglett? Oh, well, only another 300-ish days to go until we're bound to hit on the right one

ThomCat · 17/11/2005 12:14

Oh I seeee!

HM - I think it worlks out as £10 a for each 2 hour seesion.
You pay a month in advance apart from the month you are due and then you just pay weekly.

You do streching, massage, exercises to help problem areas, exercises to get baby into the ideal position for birth. You chat loads, shae problems, worries, laughs etc. Then relaxation and bonding time at end then you all ahve a drink and a chat and she often invites someone to talk, about breastfeeding, homeopathy, baby slings, massage etc etc. Takes just over the 2 hours.

Best £10 a week I've ever spent.
I look forward to going and love every class.

Sounds fab - need to get this baby in a good position for birth as it's breech atm (I know, early days and not worrying, but all the help I can get, right?!)!

Yep, please can I have the place? Thanks again

Would definitely help to be picked up if that's OK? I get the Central line at just after five - which station's nearest you? Perivale?

Twiglett · 17/11/2005 12:21

I wanna come ... I like you two .. what fun would it be stretching in a yoga class and farting ensemble

(memo to self: get pg and move house)

ThomCat · 17/11/2005 12:21

Perivale station would work out perfectly. I'd pick you up about 5.30 from there.

Great, I'll tell her tonight and we'll spk later to make plans for meeting up the following Thursday.

Brilliant! Sounds like a plan

Twig, you can come to the class on your birthday. OK? We'll bake a cake and sing a special marmite-flavoured happy birthday.

ThomCat · 17/11/2005 21:58

HM - not long back froma lully class, and you're in kid, sorted, ok.

I was actualy not going to go next week though, it's my step-fathers birthday next Thursday and my mum wants me & D to go out for dinner with them. Not sure what to do though. Well obviously want to go for dinner but what will you do. Feel bad that I won't be there on your first session and how will you get there if I don't drive you there?
Will you not go and wait till the Thursday after? Let me know and I'll call Karen and let her know what we decide.

Brilliant - thank you. The week after's fine for me - don't fret! Can't get home after work and to Watford for 6.30 (is it?). Hope it's OK with Karen? Thanks for sorting it out

ThomCat · 18/11/2005 12:41

Okay hon. What will you do after I've had the baby though? Oh - we'll talk about it not this Thursday, the following Thursday. I'll be in touch. TC x
