just got round to posting this here........
my little boy Lemuel Bonham (affectionately known as Lemmy) was born Friday 5th August at 12.15pm. he was very impatient and four weeks early.
i went to hospital at 6pm Thurs night as my pelvis was agony and i could hardly lift my left leg. i was diagnosed with SPD and came home with painkillers. Went to bed at midnight, and woke at 2.30 needing a drink. i felt a 'pop' and when i sat up there was no doubt my waters had broken.
arrived at the hospital at 4am, no contractions and was put on a monitor. contractions started at about 5.30 am. At 9am they moved me from a side room into a delivery room and by this point i needed to start the entonox. i delivered at 12.15pm, the cord was wrapped twice around his neck, but he cried as soon as he came out, and the Dr gave him a clean bill of health.
needed an episotomy as i was struggling right at the end and Lemmy became distressed.
am soooooooooo happy. i never thought i could love someone so much.........
