I am pleased to announce the safe and rapid arrival of Bailey Wilson at 4.26am on Tuesday the 17th May weighing in at 7lbs 9oz. Heres how the story goes....
I woke with a contraction at 2.15am followed by 2 more at 15min intervals which totally unexpectedly dropped to every 2 mins. I woke DH at 3.30am dropped DS off at PILS and arrived at the hospital at 4.15am. I was admitted to delivery suite at 4.20 needing to push, the midwife checked and told me to go for it!!!i pushed his head and shoulders out and reached down and pulled him out myself!!
It was a really quick but beautiful birth experience and we all absolutely adore him especially his big bro who loves to kiss and cuddle him!!
