I am not a well known poster by any stretch of the imagination but thought I would share our news anyway. After a rather fraught pregnancy our wee girl Clare was born on the 6th of May weighing 9.5 pound. I had really hoped for a vbac but due to complications was given an original d date of having a section on my due date of 1st of May. 1st of May came with no sign of labour and I managed to convince them to give me another week...unfortunately a week later there was no theatre availability (hmmm) and it was bought foward a day, then on the the 5th the hospital rang and said I needed to come in the morning (forward another day) and she would be sectioned. All went smoothly and although disappointed I never went into labour am glad to have our wee one home and safe...now to the new adventure of adjusting to a new born again and coping with 2 children which is a bit of a challenge.
