The news you all have been waiting for about Misdee!!!

Misdee delivered at 7:25pm, 5 minutes before I got there, after a 4 hour labour. She was 3cm dilated when she arrived at the hospital so they broke her waters at 3:30pm. I phoned at 6:40pm and was told to come in, but I couldn't work out the call button thing on the door so waited around for about 5 minutes, and missed it all, but she is beautiful, lots of black hair, weighs in at 7lb 13 and 1/2oz. Misdee is looking great and didn't need any stitches!!
Her name is Sherena Dixie (not sure if I have spelt her first name right) and she is soooooo pretty!!

Yes I was supposed to be there, but we thought I had a few hours to go, so I went home to get the kids from school and have some dinner. I phoned at 6:40pm to see how she was (didn't even think she would have been on deliverly suite by then) and was told to come in as she was 5cm dilated, Had to put Dd1 to bed first and then shot off to the hospital down the motorway, arrived there at about 7:20pm but couldn't work out the call button system the hospital has in place and I missed it all by 5 minutes!! But I did get a hug!!
Appartently the midwife examined Misdee just after I phoned and she was 8cm dilated!!

yes, I took them both to the hosptial at 2:30pm and then left and told them to phone me when I was needed!!! But it all happened too fast in the end!
