Collision had a fabulous water birth!

Just to let you all know that

Joshua Luca Italo (dont ask about Italo...DH's grandad's name!)

was born on the 16 Nov at 1.10pm weighing 7lb 7oz.

Waters broke at 6.30am, hosp by 9am and he was out by 1.10pm. Got into the water as it was available and it was BLISS! so there was no way I was getting out and he was born in water. DH was fantastic andso supportive. I didnt shout or swear or scream! He came out of me and was put straight on my tummy and I bathed him for about 10 mins before they did the cord.

It was the best thing ever and he is BFing like a dream.

Cant believe all the fuss I made about no pain relief......I feel so much better than I did after having ds1 and am so happy!
