Louis Oliver was born by emergency section at 10.40 on Sat 16th October weighing 8lb 5oz.
It seems my theory for avoiding induction works as Louis is my 3rd baby born day before induction booked! Didn't all go to plan though, my advice was that a second brow presentation was a one in a million chance, so I guess that makes him one in a million! Arrived at hospital fully dilated, pushing caused heart rate to drop so was asked to hold off untill dr could come. Was given epidural dispite being so far along because of previous history, when DR came allowed to continue pushing but no progress and on examination baby was brow, dr didn't think this one was turnable so refused ventouse and Was taken to theatre for section. Not what i'd planned but it was ok apart from big blood loss so they got the consultant in to close up. Now on iron tablets.
