Finally went into labour without being induced at 4.45am monday morning 13th - was only 6 days overdue, but felt like 6 weeks!! Contractions were really irregular and stayed that way all the way through - had an epidural which was absolutely fantastic & made it even slightly enjoyable (i think!!) - had the drip which they use to induce you (cant remember name) to regulate my contractions which could still feel through the epidural - and gave birth at 5.45pm!! And not a tear in sight!!
Lilly Grace weighed 7lbs exactly and is absolutely gorgeous - she is so well behaved and has hardly cried since coming home (so far....!!) she is such an angel and I can't get over how perfect she is and how much I am in love with her already!!
Thank you to everyone who has given me advice - well done to those of you who have also just given birth, and best of luck to those of you still waiting! Am off to cuddle my gorgoues girl now! xxxx
