How do I find out where a person is buried?

I know that they're either at East or West Chiltington, and in a churchyard.

There must surely be a record, somewhere?

Do you have a date of death or date of burial? Churches keep records, not sure how far back they go (was thinking if you were building a family tree, if not, ignore)

I have approximate dates (it's a family plot), all in the last 18m.

OK, assuming its an Anglican church, you could see if the churches are listed here: www.achurchnearyou.com and then contact the Churchwarden who usually has the job of maintaining the records, or the vicar, to see if they are listed.

If you can't find the churches, you could contact the diocese and ask them who to contact.
