Getting ashes back following a premature still birth

Our beautiful daughter was stillborn at 21weeks and 4days. We have been told that we may not receive any ashes back as she was born prematurely and tiny. She was 320g and will be sent with a few personal items, however does anyone have any experience with this or have they received ashes back in similar situations? The thought of our daughter never coming home is breaking our hearts even more than they already are so any advise or others experiences would be really helpful. Thank you x

I can’t answer your question just wanted to send deepest sympathies. This sounds so painful and hard.

I’m so sorry.

You can choose to have your baby buried instead of cremated, to guarantee your daughter comes home to you.

Hi sending hugs. Our 24w twins passed away in 2012, we too were told we might not get any ashes but we did.. and more than I thought. they were a little bigger than your dd and were cremated together and their ashes came back in a small urn that was probably the size of a pint of milk maybe? There was enough to scatter properly at our favourite beach. I know most of it was probably the coffin and possessions but it felt right to have some..I like you had been worried that we wouldn't
