Upset about childhood friend suicide

I don't know what exactly to say about this and why it happened but friend committed suicide. Sometimes you don't know when it's going to happen or what the reason was.

I have another friend from childhood who I can rely on but he's just as confused as me

It's just really confusing as you wonder if you weren't listening properly. I think most might have been a snap decision which he didn't know was irreversible

My ds took his own life last year and his friends are absolutely devastated. They are channeling their grief into fundraising and sharing awareness in their workplaces...perhaps that's something you could do?
