Gowns for babies born sleeping

Many years ago I lost my daughter at 24 weeks and I was never able to hold her and say goodbye. This has always stayed with me to the extent that I donated my wedding dresses to be made into gowns born sleeping.
Still I felt it wasn’t enough so I started making them. Now I run a little group and we make sets for parents who have lost their babies from 1.5-8lb. Also we make little cribs for those under 1.5lb. Then we get contacted for older babies and children’s gowns which also make and supply out of wedding/bridesmaid/prom dresses.

We are desperate to get sets into hospitals as very often parents are not given anything. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Should you wish to have your local hospital to receive some sets please let us know.

I can’t help with hospitals but just wanted to say that you are doing an amazing thing. I’ve unfortunately been involved in a few still birth and neonatal funerals (I work for a church) and they did have gowns donated by a charity where I lived then.

sorry that it was out of personal experience that you found out about this but keep up the good work i suppose. I wish I had any talent in the seamstress dept
