Hi , I just need to get my emotions out , my daughter received her A level results today which was a stress but she’s got into her first choice uni so I’m so proud and happy for her but I’m going to miss her so much she’s my only child she’s not going to be too far away but we’re very close .
However my dad passed away last week and I’m finding everything so over whelming , I was at the funeral directors yesterday & that’s when it really hit me that my dad is gone .
I just want to cry all the time 😢

❤️❤️

Every emotion is just going to be so heightened at the moment. If it's getting too much, try and break the day down... getting to the next hour too much? Get to the next 30 minutes. Feel the emotions when they come, it's all you can do.
As someone who's gone through massive bereavements I wish I could give you a quick fix.
Try going on to the Sue Ryder forums, you'll most definitely find people in the similar situations and might do you good to chat and off load.
Lots of love and strength to you ❤️
