Where to access support when your child dies?

I won't add too much info, I'm doing this on behalf of a friend (who has accepted my offer to find them some support).

My lovely friends lost their Son in May, he was only 12 and had a long battle with Cancer. The funeral has been and gone and now they are feeling very lost. No support has been forthcoming so I said I would help to find some.

But does anyone know of any places/resources I could try. I'm obviously googling, my friend said she looked but most are for parents who have lost adult children.

Any help would be great.

Was their poor boy under hospice care, they people there should have information?

Yes, and they are seeing someone from the hospice today. They may have suggestions too, but I'd like to find them some other options too.
