Two eulogies? For church and crematorium?

Can anyone with some experience help please? GM funeral will be a 30 minute slot in the church then on to the crematorium for a 45 minute service.
A lot of people who come to the church won’t come to the cremation and vice versa.
Do we need 2 eulogies? They won’t be able to be the same for those who will be at bother services.
What should we do in this case please?

Is there a reason that it has been arranged this way ?

IME, if there is a Church service, and then on to the crem, (or the other way round), then the crem tends to be very much about the "business part" of why you are there. Usually the person taking the service will do the committal, often after a reading, some prayers, and sometimes a hymn or some music (but often there is no music then).

Any eulogy, or description of the person, or memories etc tend to be in the "Thanksgiving for their Life" part, which tends to be at the Church.

If you are starting to have eulogies at both, then people will probably think they need to attend both.

It’s not been arranged this way for a reason.
We were offered a double slot at the crem so we said yes as we weren’t sure how long the hymns etc would take.
Im just looking for advice as to whether the eulogy should be at the church or crem.
Perhaps we could have a nice poem at the crem too, keep the eulogy for the church

You can have one in both. Went to crem and thanksgiving this week, the same family member gave a eulogy at both services, but the one at the crem focused on her faith, and the one at the thanksgiving was about her whole life. This worked really well - but there wasnt a rush to get either service finished - I know crem slots can sometimes be quite tight.
