My friend's H died four years ago. He was our friend too as we knew him before she did. Great guy, died mid 60s.
She's younger and is still grieving. They had no children, she has stopped work and doesn't want to work any more. Her won parents are dead now. But her life is empty and she can't 'move on'. They travelled a lot and she spends her time travelling from place to place to stay with friends. She can't 'settle' at home even though she does classes and has hobbies.
I don't know what to say to her when she is down or how to help her.
