good friend just phoned to say our friend has died at 42

i am so upset and dh has had a lot of whiskey and can't do sad.our friend was a lovely man and he died in his sleep last night.

he just fell asleep and died.he is neighbour of ours and i have known him for 30 years. he went to bed and never woke up.ipassed the house this morning and wondered why the curtains had not been pulled.His sister ( also a friend ) found him this lunchtime.

i'm ok but can't stop crying- of course.
will see sister tomorrow and offer as much help as i can give.My own brother died at 42 so wierd .I suppose.wish dh would sobre up- he is being a twunt.
