Awful news, I remember reading about her at some point and that she had cancer, that is so so sad 😭

Metastatic breast cancer kills too many women.

What an awful thing to happen, her poor family.

She was always such a livewire. Crackled with energy.

Cancer is such a fucker.

So gutted for her and her family. I loved girls aloud as a teenager so many of their songs are entwined with my formative years. I saw them live a good few times and even now they are some of my favourite memories.

This is so sad. Girls aloud were just pure joy, I absolutely loved them. I refuse to call them a guilty pleasure- nothing to feel guilty about in just absolutely brilliant pop music.

I just heard this on the radio after they played a few Girls Aloud songs. So sad. I've seen Girls Aloud perform and they were so good.

I was not a massive fan of GA - but there was something magnetic and a little vulnerable about Sarah.

Beautiful lady, beautiful voice, gone too soon. RIP
