So gutted, she had a scan last week and all was normal. Yesterday no heartbeat. Annoyingly she should have had a c-section at 38 weeks and they let her go home as all was well!! If only.... I really hope they can find a cause

She has had 2 early borns before and numerous m/c and now this! Tomorrow she will be induced and the funeral will be next week!

Am really lost for words!

Pickie - this is truly devestating, and happend to a friend of mine earlier this year. We sent her an apple tree via next flowers.com
I thought that it would be something which she could plant and would grow rather than flowers which would not last so long. Also, apples I believe are a symbol of rebirth, fertility and such like.
Much love to your friend. x

This is so sad. I would think that the best thing you could do is just be there to listen when she needs to talk. I know it cant be in person, but that wont matter among real friends. I am sure she will appreciate you being at the end of the phone when she needs you to be. I just cannot imagine what she must be going through.

so so sad. offer support and a shoulder to cry on, let her talk about it, acknowledge the loss (avoidance is not a good strategy) just be there
