i lost my older sister yesterday....

it happened suddenly, still in shock. pain comes in waves.

i've got to deal with the croner, gp to find cause of death, can anyone else experienced this, tell me what the process is etc...

ime the first thing is a post mortem, if this is inconclusive a coroners inquest may be opened.

you may be asked to formally identify your sister for this.

your sister will be released to the undertakers after this is completed, the coroner will advise you and hospitals should give you information about what you need to do.

you can see her there any time before her funeral if it helps you come to terms with her loss.

these people are very kind and supportive if you need them
