Lovelylou, thank you, thank you & thank you so much for letting me know. I do still think about her & yourself - how are you doing & i hope everything is still progressing positively for you. With very best wishes to you. xxx

Cuillan, hi I am so sorry for not replying to you...I did'nt check in to mumsnet for ages and just started there about 2 weeks ago again. I thought of replying to you but thought you would think it was odd after so long. Our computer lies idle most of the time...i'll make more of an effort in future...sorry again.
I hope all is well with you and your family..must be back to school time now for you..busy, busy.
As for me I'm fine thanks...am now 37+4 and all seems well (please god). Have had a good pregnancy once I got over the nervousness of the first trimester.Due date is 15th sept, but there are talks of induction a week earlier...will have to wait until next tues to find out.
lovelylou hope all is well with you too.

Lovelylou, haven't heard from you in a long time, but I am sticking mostly to one thread. Was wondering how you are doing.

cuillan · 31/08/2007 14:07

Wishing you the very best of luck for your forthcoming arrival.
I just can't believe how the time has flown - it only seems like yesterday you were telling me your FANTASTIC news & here you are with your little one arriving within the next few weeks !!!!

I'm so HAPPY your pregnancy has gone smoothly. And it is sooooooooooooo wonderful to hear from you again as i was constantly wondering how you all were.

Yep it's back to school time next week - mixed emotions here as i'm dreading the early stressful mornings, but delighted to have some breathing space back & not to have to listen to the constant i'm bored !!!

My middle one is starting nursery too. I know he really needs to go & he is ready & needs time away from me, but it is going to very quiet without him around.
I'm frantically trying to toilet train him at the moment & it really is'nt happening. I'm constantly telling myself this time next year i'll be looking back and laughing about it - but at the mo i'm just drained with the constant reminding of visiting the toilet & the piles & piles of wet clothes - aarrgghh !!!

My little one is well not so little anymore . He is at a lovely stage at the moment being very busy & helpful & not forgetting the non stop chatter !!! Unfortunately the tantrums can't be too far away as he will be 2 in December. I just hope he does'nt take after my middle one for tantrums - he still knows how to tantrum for England !!!

Well please please please keep in touch & i can't wait to hear all about your new arrival - i'm still so excited for all of you .

Take the next few weeks easy & have plenty of rest & relaxation whenever possible !!

Lots & lots of love. xxxxx

Hi Cuillan,
Great to hear from you!! Sounds busy around your way...all fun and games.
I tried to toilet train DS about a month ago...he is 2 since dec..but didnt get very far. He was stressed, I was stressed, so on day 2 I abandoned ship ..will now leave it until nov/dec as he will have enough changes to contend with over the next few weeks.
Hopefully by then we have established some bit of normality!!!
I know what you mean about tantrums too..DS is a master at them but then he can also be so cute..I'm sure there will be plenty of tantrums on the cards when the little one arrives but we'll cope I'm sure.
Hope you make the most of your breathing space when the others go back to school,
Will definately keep in touch...so good to hear from you

TOD how are you - still hanging on in there ???? It can't be long now ??? .

TOD · 23/09/2007 22:48

Hi Cuillan,
Just to let you know I had a darling little girl on sept 14th, 9 days ago. this is my first chance to log on but every thing is just fine
We named her Niamh, she was 9 pounds 6 oz's born and she is so beautiful and so good, I am just in awe of her!! You forget how adoreable they are at this age!
Ds is being very good about the whole thing..he is mad about her but a little in her face so i have to watch him like a hawke as he has no sence yet! he has had a few jealous moments but it is usually when he is tired, but overall he is very good!

Hope all is well with you. hope to log on again sometime soon,

TOD - WOW, CONGRATULATIONS - i'm absolutely thrilled for you all. This is just fantastic news - i'm grinning from ear to ear .

Funnily enough i have one niece with the same date of birth & another called Niamh !!! How strange is that ??????

Yes, i totally agree with you about how incredibly yummy little babies are, it's just a shame they don't stay little for long !!!
I remember sitting for hours just looking at my youngest when he was a tiny baby just trying to memorise everything about him & desperately hoping that i'd never forget how he looked as a little & utterly gorgeous baby. But inevitably i have as he has grown soooooooooo mucchhhhhh !!!

I'm so glad your ds is thrilled with his new sister - it certainly makes life a little bit easier if they are.

Make sure you have plenty of rest when you can - i know it's not that easy now you are a family of 4 .

Wow, what a journey you've been through in the last year & what a excellent ending - well done you.

Take lots of care & with many best wishes to you all. xxxxxxxxxxxx

lovelylou · 29/09/2007 16:27

Hello TOD,
I'm so sorry i have'nt been in touch a lot sooner, but i really don't know where the time has gone !!!
Anyway i'd like to wish you all a very belated Happy New Year, how are you all ????
I have some news to tell you, which i'm still trying to absorb myself, yes baby no 4 is due in June !!!! I am HAPPY about it, but the news came as a HUGE shock as we really thought our family was complete at 3 !!!!
Life at the mo is spent transporting 2 out of my 3 between 2 different schools & i'm finding it pretty shattering !!!!
How are your two ??? I bet Niamh is growing up all the time !!! Also how is the potty training going ??? I've that enjoyable task again this summer with son no 2. I'm absolutely dreading it, especially after son no 1 last year!!!! Girls are sooooooooooooo much easier to toilet train !!!!!
I'd love to hear how you all are
take care of yourselves. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
